Come stretch and strengthen your body and mind. Yoga is a wonderful discipline that helps open the body, the mind and the heart. Regular practice can help change our outlook on life and give us a deep sense of happiness. This happiness translates through positive actions towards others and ourselves. 

Dress comfortably and bring a mat if you have one. 

Wednesdays 9.30am - 11am

Saturdays 2pm – 3.30pm
