Coronavirus: COVID-19 latest

While the Clubhouse itself remains closed until further notice, access to the grounds has been eased - but still subject to restrictions: doubles play in tennis is allowed, as are picnics and gatherings of fewer than 10 people (including children)

The adult team won 7-3 against Marly on Sunday

In the first 30 minutes, the game was very tight and our opponents scored the first goal. But we proved to be more organized and efficient and after 30 minutes, we came back 1-1 and even ended 4-2 at halftime.

The game slowed down in the second half and we finally won 7-3.

To be noted: A penalty converted by Yan de Catheu, a very nice goal by Phillip Farrant, a goal by Victor Sharp, a very nice reflex save by Robin Groom (Keeper), a very solid defense line, "devil's actions" by Kader in the opponents penalty area, and a nice refereeing by Jean-Noel Le Brec.

This Saturday is Football day at the SAC!

Come join the football extravaganza with games all day!

10 a.m. - A senior game in the morning between the adult SAC team and Jouy who have been coming to the Club for years and who also invite us regularly at their place. They play in blue which makes it easy to imagine the game as between the Poppies (SAC in red and black) and the Bleuets (the flower used in France for Remembrance).

1 p.m. - Remembrance Day Lunch, open to all members. 20 euros for adults, 10 euros for children. Book now with Mario.

2.30 p.m. to 4.30pm -  Parents vs children tournament. (7-a-side games of 2x10mn; all members welcome). Please use this Doodle link to sign up for this event.

As usual, Poppies will be available at the bar (classic, pins, bracelets...)

The snooker tournament is on its way!

Open Singles draw (22 players) has been posted up at the Club on the board beside the table. The Veterans and the Juniors are posted up as well.

The doubles will be posted as soon as possible as one of the teams has changed and one player is still looking for his partner.

Please organize your Open singles first round matches asap and imperatively before Sunday 26th November!

If possible, we recommend you play some matches during the week as weekends are getting booked fast.

A match planning calendar will be made available at the bar.

Players are responsible for contacting their opponents. Mobile phone contacts for players are available on a list beside the table and are being made available by the manager on demand. If you pass by the Club please check the contact list, contact your opponent and add your mobile number if needed.

Thanks in advance,

The new term of Pilates and Step and Sculpt started on 6th November.

Please note that Pam will be absent on Saturday 11 and Monday 13 of  November as she is away for a Pilates educational conference in Rotterdam.

Classical Pilates Mat
These classes take place in a group setting using your body weight as the primary source of resistance. The focus is placed on precise movements originating from the centre or core of your body. Working from the deepest layers of muscles, which stabilize and support your spine and pelvis, results in a strong flexible spine with ideal posture and alignment.
Step and Sculpt and Core
40 minutes of step aerobics with 40 minutes of resistance training - the perfect combination to burn unwanted fat and reshape your body!
Check the SAC website for our full schedule or contact Pam at  for any additional information.

Bootcamp - New workout term starts on Saturday 11th November

There is no better feeling than a finished workout!

Come join the bootcampers - new workout term starts this Saturday at 2 p.m. and runs until Christmas holidays for seven weeks. This one-hour interval training is suitable for all fitness levels and ages 12-99. Check the SAC website or contact Chris Pollard for more information.

Strengthen your body and mind through Yoga.

Postures, breathing and meditation are the tools we use to help achieve a deeper and more meaningful connection to oneself. This connection will bring an inner peace that can be then used in everyday life to confront situations with a stronger, calmer and more positive mind.

All levels. Just come with comfortable clothing and an open mind.

  • Wednesdays 9.30 a.m. - 11.00 a.m.
  • Thursdays 9.30 a.m. - 11.00 a.m.
