PILATES and INTERVAL SCULPT classes are Zooming along with the current class schedule (subject to change during the school holidays):
Mondays at 10: INTERVAL SCULPT - for a big sweat in a small space!
Wednesdays at 9: PILATES Beginners/Intermediate; and at 10.15: PILATES Intermediate/Advance Flow.
Saturdays at 9.30: PILATES Beginners/Intermediate; and at 10.45 PILATES Intermediate.
