Keep fit at home with Pilates and Yoga

Keeping fit while not being allowed out is a real challenge. Luckily there's the internet and live-streamed Pilates and Yoga sessions!

Yoga (Details from Monica Shaka at )
1/ Meditation: every weekday morning from 9 to 9.30 am.
2/ Morning 9.30 Yoga class: will in future be on Tuesdays and Thursdays - follows straight on from the meditation session
3/ Bhakti Yoga at 6.30 pm: asanas, pranayama, 5 mins meditation every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (followed by a video-aperitif!). 
4/ Weekend Yoga at 5.30 pm Saturdays - asanas, pranayama, méditation 5 min
(Classes are 75 minutes)

Step and Pilates News - All go!

Normal service has resumed for all classes with Katsy looking after the 1 pm Wednesday Pilates class. Details and news as always from Pam at .

Step and Pilates News - Normal Schedules resume Monday 24th

Classes started again on Monday 10 February, but were on 'holiday schedule' up to and including the 22nd, normal service resumes on Monday 24 February. There is still space on the new Wednesday 1-2 pm class for beginners, “faux debutants” and "start agains" for those who want more personalised lessons. Details and news as always from Pam at .
