Mondays: 10 am - Step; 11 am - Sculpt. Cardio, arms, legs, bum, core, and more!
Saturdays: Step only 12.30 pm - 1.15 pm
Classical Pilates Mat
This brutal (when done properly) but always intelligent workout creates flexibility, mobility, and strength as well as unparalleled muscle tone.
Wednesdays: 2 o'clock at the club - starting on Wed the 29th September. Also a Zoom class at 9.30 in the morning.
Saturdays: 9.45 am - depending on numbers, potentially could become a class for beginners - contact Pam if interested. The 11 o'clock is currently full (But please contact Pam if you're interested as she may add an additional weekend class)
