Dinner on Tuesday 2 April will be a cold starter (tartare d'aubergine, tomatoe, pepper and onion), followed by salmon risotto and pear tart for dessert.

Finally, the next Workshop is on Friday 12th April for which there is no theme yet. If anyone has any ideas or requests please let us know.
