Yoga starts up again on at 2 pm on Saturday 1st September and a revised schedule starting next week with new class times and a gentle class for stiff people!

Yoga stretches, strengthens and relaxes the body and mind. Its numerous benefits include making one feel more grounded, calmer, younger and be overall a healthier person.

For this season there are new class times on Thursdays, the first class a bit later and then a new, gentle class for stiff people!

Wednesday   9.30 am - 11 am

9.15 am - 10.45 am


11.15 am -12.15 pm
Gentle yoga for stiff people

Saturday   2 pm - 3 pm
