Starting on Thursday, 30 September, Monica will be offering 3 classes a week at the Club.
On Thursday mornings there will be 2 classes: the usual Vinyasa class from 9:30 to 10:45 and a new 'Gentle' class from 11.30 to 12.30.
And on Saturday afternoons the Vinyasa class will be at the new time of 3 - 4.15 pm.
If you are feeling stiff and need to give those muscles a good stretch to keep them supple but can’t do a regular yoga vinyasa class - this one’s for you !
We use chairs and other props to slowly and gently work towards an open, flexible and aligned body.
Bring a mat and comfortable clothing. Cost 10 euros
