1) Bar and Restaurant

A quick update on the Bar and Restaurant:

• While we continue to enjoy the cakes and tea, there has been a reduced food offer for the past 2 weekends due primarily to staffing
  • Reduced intern support
  • One full-time staff Member has been transitioning out (leaving today)
• We are working to put in place a long-term solution
• In the short term, we are pleased to confirm that there will be an offer in place, with an offering of quiche/salad/frites on the weekend, plus “bocaux” at any time.
• Thank you for your patience while we work on the long-term solution

2) Bridge garden tree

You may have noticed some dead branches on the tree in the bridge garden. The area has been closed off this week for safety reasons.

We have had 3 experts assess the tree’s health and advise on how much wood needs to be removed. We expect to agree on the solution this week and for the work to be done as soon as feasible.

In the meantime please do avoid sitting under the tree.
