The BBQ/Camp Out is right around the corner and we have music, roasting s’mores around the campfire and lots more fun in store! 

Please sign up by Thursday by sending a message to , even if you are only staying for the BBQ. You don’t want to miss this! 

Fees for the Camp Out should be paid at the bar upon arrival, after which you will receive a ticket for the BBQ and breakfast. All children/teens will be under the responsibility of their parents. Teens being teens will have their own space at the Camp Out. We are looking for volunteers to help with the BBQ. 

Depending on your style of glamping/camping, we recommend the following: 

• tent, sleeping bag, and pad (or your own mattress)
• bug repellent 
• warm clothes
• flashlight or headlamp 
• your favorite campfire songs
