The new season of core circuit training with Lucas starts up again on Saturday, 13 November at 2 pm.

Calling all beginners! Get in touch (gently) with your inner Zen! Thursday mornings at 11.30-12.30. (Not during the holidays) Good for stiffer or older persons. Uses chairs and props - bring a mat and comfortable clothing. Come and play Squash!
Squash is a great sport for all ages:
- We are looking for young members who would like to try squash, especially aged 8-11. Lessons are Saturday afternoons, currently 3 pm - 4 pm. Contact David Moore at to organise a test lesson with our pro coach Roland Bassibey
- We are also looking for adult squash players of all levels. Again contact David for more information.

We would like to organise Dance/Gym classes for 4 to 10yr-olds on Wednesday afternoons. The classes would last one hour. Depending on the numbers, we could perhaps add another class on Saturdays.
The Dance/Gym class would ultimately take place outside, weather permitting. It could otherwise take place in the marquee or the bridge room depending on availability.
The first step is to find out if we have enough people interested before finding a coach.

Hours are between 10 am and 5 pm, for at least one hour, please. The duties include checking in members (and guests) and, more importantly, checking their Pass Sanitaires as the Club is required to do.
