AGM, 3 pm June 12th 2022

Dear Member,

We look forward to welcoming many of us to the AGM on June 12th at 3 pm at the Club.

This is the opportunity to:

• Be informed of the "State of the Club" (2021 accounts are available on the notice board and Club website)
• Debate and vote on our budget and priorities for 2022/23, including subscription rate
• Discuss the medium-term vision for our Club
• Ask questions of the Management Committee
• Elect a new Management Committee (all posts except President are up for election)
• Propose and vote on Motions
• Generally, hear from others and make your voice heard.

Voting

Please note that the voting for the 2022 AGM elections and motions will be done electronically as in the last 3 Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings. This also means that proxies are not required, since voting is open after the meeting.

As this election is 100% online, the e-mail address of voting members has been filed with a bailiff who guarantees that it will not be disclosed and that it will not be used for purposes other than those useful for the organization of the elections and approval of motions.

The voting platform will open on Monday, June the 13th at 9:00 am. Those eligible to vote will be receiving their final voting instructions following the AGM.
